This waffle cone forming tool was a very good purchase. It makes it easy to make a quality rolled cone. It does take some getting used to. It helps to place the waffle as far back on the former as possible and to start pushing it through the curved shape about halfway before using the roller to make the best cone.

Very affordable for what we needed, there is a learning curve though and if you want the bottom/tip of the cone to completely close you will need to practice to get the right positioning in order to make sure there isn't a hole in the cone.

This shaper is extremely heavy! The spinning tool is almost like a big rock/stone, it's not user friendly especially when you need to make waffle cones in bulk.

After a few months of use, we were getting metal shavings from the mandrel. I do not recommend this product.

Gave this rating because of defects in the Cone Forming Tool. I purchased this Carnival King waffle cone forming tool based on other customer reviews and was terribly disappointed!! The first arrived with a chip in the rolling area. After, excellent customer service in receiving a replacement; it arrived just as flawed as the first one, by having part of the covering on the handle missing that appears to be nothing more than black tape of some sort (shown in photo). Clearly, this seller has no appreciation for quality control to send this to a customer. I won't waste Customer Service or my time to ask for another replacement but will put both in the donation box and repurchase a quality product from elsewhere. Although, the Webstaurant gave prompt and courteous customer support.

I was surprised at how wide it makes the cones. It works well, but we put 5-6oz scoops in it (which I feel is pretty big for a scoop) and it makes them look small. I will be looking for a smaller tool.

this is the best tool for making waffle cones. it has saved me a lot of time and not as many burnt fingers. I would recommend this tool to anyone that is making waffle cones

Carnival King 10" Waffle Cone Forming Tool is the king of rolling waffle cones it has worked very well for me and very easy to use.
I decided to start rolling my own waffle cones and WOW am I glad I did. This makes the job so easy and fast. We do 100's of cones a week if not more.
Waffle forming tool worked great - you definitely need to get it on there quickly though and get them rolled. it did take some practice to get the bottom closed up on the cone.

Study Product. It is easy to roll up; however, the end of the cone is difficult to seal. (I am sure that come with practice)
