This was a little more tart vs sour, I was expecting this to be a bit more sour. It's still good but I don't think I would buy it again.

Bossen's Kumquat syrup quality is terrible. See pictures attached. It obviously shows the stabilizer has been separated within the syrup. What is this? We have tried to FILTER, STIR, or even Whisk; yet could not fix the problem at all . The quality is not there and definitely can not serve it at all to our customers. We have to return this. Disappointed.

The Bossen Kumquat concentrated is absolutely delicious! Tastes like fancy oranges that are slightly more bitter in a good way. The color is gorgeous golden orange color and it's a smooth and easily pourable consistency. It's great for bubble teas, mocktails, cocktails, and more! Definitely recommend it.

So far I use it to make mojito and tea with a little bit of mint syrup. The flavor comes out beyond what I expect.
