This Bossen ginger concentrated syrup is super tasty and gingery but wow is it chunky. There are bits of ginger meat and ginger peel in it and it makes it incredibly difficult to strain in order to use it effectively. It was off putting and not a good consistency for crafting drinks or bubble teas. We still have it and aren't sure what to do with it because of the texture. May use it instead for baking pastries after straining it but it's pretty difficult to strain. I recommend some of their other flavors instead of this one.
