I purchased this back in May (it's now December as of writing this) and this blender does not hold up to a level I would expect a commercial blender to. The motor consistently overheats and shuts off and won't turn back on until it's cooled off - which is a different length of time each time so we have no way of knowing how long we'll have to wait until we can use it again. This happens even when we're blending very smooth things like nut milk for example. It's still under warranty so I'm hoping I can get a replacement though I'm worried the new one would just have the same issue.
