Operated by a simple on / off switch with a power light indicator, the 14" long hollow-ground, chrome-plated carbon steel knife can slice precise thicknesses up to 5/8" for ultra-fine, tissue-thin cuts or thicker slices. This slicer also boasts a top-mounted, two-stone knife sharpener to continuously maintain a sharp blade and has a carriage that accepts food up to 11" x 8 1/2" x 8 1/2" in size. The removeable sharpeners also help simplify the sharpening process.
