Covers our new berkel slicer completely. But when you open it up its like a giant box so visually it looks huge when set on top of the slicer. But the material is thick and wont tear easily.
This Berkel Cover is a bit on the expensive side, but it works well to prevent contamination of meat slicers during storage, since we use ours on raw meats. It is a bit too large on the 12" 827E, but unfortunately Webstaurantstore doesn't carry the small or medium sizes. Maybe they were discontinued. All in all, an excellent choice to prevent contamination.

We ordered this cover for our Avantco Slicer. We wanted a nice cover to keep dirt, dust, etc off of it but we couldn't find any cover specifically for the Avantco model. So we ordered this one based on the measurements. It works great! Its SLIGHTLY bigger than the slicer so there is a little extra around the edge but it does the job nicely. When we use the slicer and clean it, we just put this whole cover thru a wash/rinse/sanitize with the parts so it always stays clean. The only 'issue' is the Berkel name brand printed on the cover but that's only an issue since we aren't using it for a Berkel slicer.
