This Belshaw liquid propane flat bottom donut fryer is the best choice for convenience, flexibility, heat accuracy, and long service life. Adaptable to make almost any size and shape of donut, this fryer's open kettle design allows for rapid heating and energy saving. Plus, the electronic controller keeps temperatures within a narrow band and displays the current temperature and set temperature. This fryer boasts a 24" x 24" frying area that holds up to 36 donuts with a capacity of 90 dozen donuts per hour. With an ample amount of cooking space and durable stainless steel construction, this fryer is sure to last a long time.
This fryer's gas efficiency is maximized for rapid heating and energy saving. It comes with 2 nickel-plated cake donut frying screens with handles. The stainless steel cabinet, kettle, and drain tray are built for ultimate durability and are resistant to rust, and it has a sloping surface around the fryer kettle. Additionally, the drain tray is field reversible for either side. This fryer's frame reinforcement can mount a Belshaw Type B or Type F cake donut depositor (sold separately) on either the left or right side.
A high-temperature limit switch protects your fryer from overheating to ensure safe operation, and a high-temperature shut-off switch is set to approximately 450 degrees Fahrenheit. The adjustable bolted-down legs ensure stability, and it has a heavy-duty drain and valve exterior handle to empty shortening. With its electronic heat controller, this model requires a 120V electrical connection for electronic ignition. It requires a liquid propane connection for operation.
