We are on the third time ordering this product as the first 2 times it came shipped in a box with no packaging and when we opened the box the product was physically damaged beyond use. All three time we order overnight shipping, Webstaurant says they will reimburse the overnight shipping and shipped out the second 2 for no costs but no other discounts for a customer's equipment being down have been offered when asked.
