The flat bottom design of this fryer maximizes frying capacity and evenly heats all products to the perfect temperature so you can continue to provide your customers with donuts, funnel cakes, and other fried products. In addition, the products are able to float freely as they cook, making it perfect for pastries, hushpuppies, and other wet batter items.
With a durable stainless steel construction, this fryer will be sure to last a long time. The stainless steel tank, door, front, top, ledge, and header and galvanized steel side guards provide ultimate durability and are resistant to rust. The 110-125 lb. oil capacity and increased frying area allow for a more efficient output of fried foods, and is especially ideal for large batches.
The thermostatic millivolt control, easily adjustable between 200-400 degrees Fahrenheit, allows you to keep oil at the perfect temperature.
This unit includes a reversible built-in drip tray that not only drains oil, but also functions as a lid to cover the unit when not in use. This tray sits on an angle at the side of the fryer to give you a place to put freshly fried products. As the products cool, the excess oil drips onto the tray and drains back into the tank for hassle-free use.

This fryer came with the worst bolts, they were over torqued or made poorly because the heads are popping off while its sitting here. It also shuts everything including the pilot light. It is not worth the price for this thing can't even use it and its brand new!
