I purchased this batter dispenser in October 2021 and by December 2021 the welds failed internally. This is not for commercial use and I consider this made in China junk unworthy of my time and money. Not only did it break after 60 days of use it constantly leaks. You may be thinking that I just got a bad one. I bought 2 of these and both leaked so this is a product defect. Just buy American and don’t waste your money on this junk.

Without exaggerating, I buy about 6 (more or less) of these a year for my ice cream store to make waffle cones. They hold the batter and portion it great for the waffle cone machines. The problem is that the product is REALLY cheaply made. They break constantly. The only reason I buy them is because they work great….. for a little while. I haven’t been able to find any other options for what I need. It’s a real bummer.

product came packaged well and was easy to assemble but the dispensed volumes were inconsistent. the mechanism to control the volume dispensed is numbered 1 to 8 but the number gives no indication of the amout eg level 1 is 2 oz level 2 is 4 oz etc. so i had to measure each level to know what amount was being dispensed whiile doing this i saw that each level was dispensing inconsistent volumes of batter. overall a waste of money for what i wanted it for, which was to dispense cupcakes faster.
