Bought two of these, after 2 months of use they both don't keep temp and the health department impounded them and made us throw out thousands of dollars in food. I bought the extended warranty and have contacted both webstaurant and the warranty company.... it's been weeks and nothing has been done. Webstaurant just points to the warranty company and the warranty company doesn't respond. Meanwhile we can't operate our business with two impounded frigs.
This warranty stuff and terrible product seems like a scam that no one is taking accountability for. Who will reimburse us for all the damages?!
Do yourself a favor, avoid Avantco and Webstaurant scam warranties.
