This particular add-on piece includes 2 sections: a griddle and a broiler. Its versatility makes it ideal for operations with limited space, such as concession stands and food trucks, or for extending a menu to include new options. The griddle is great for everything from pancakes to grilled cheese, while the broiler is great for burgers and other meat.
This item has been certified by NSF International to meet applicable product standards on public safety, health, and / or the environment.
The unit is designed to sit on top of a gas range, covering 4 burners for ample cooking space. The range burners heat the surface, which then transfers heat to product for cooking.
The 7 gauge grilling surface is adjustable in height, allowing it to tilt down 3/4" or up 1 1/2". The 12 gauge, type 304 stainless steel frame also adjusts and features a 12 gauge aluminum sheet bar handle for stability and easy carrying.
The broiler top portion of this unit creates quality-looking grill marks on burgers, steaks, and other food items. You get the benefit of a charbroiler effect without needing to purchase a standalone charbroiler.
Designed to reduce messes, the 1 1/2" high rear and side edges help contain grease splatter.
To ensure clean-up is a breeze, the griddle top includes a 20 gauge, type 304 stainless steel grease tray.
When it's not in use, the unit is easy to store on a shelf and retrieve when needed.

Came rusted and dirty to start off with. The Griddle is very poorly designed unless you don't mind a possible grease fire. We had to pay a welder to close the gaps so the grease doesn't go into the gas flames. Would definitely not recommend.

Product works well except for the welds on the grill aren't that great and the metal they used warped and sagged after use.
