When you need a quick burst of power to finish off a recipe or clear the blade area, it also has a convenient pulse switch to throttle the unit to its highest speed.
Add ingredients at any stage in the mixing process simply by removing the clear inner lid and pushing the additional ingredients down into the jar using the included tamper.
The 64 oz. BPA-free Tritan™ plastic jar design provides maximum durability while offering plenty of room for large batches. For added convenience the jar pad is dishwasher safe, but the jar should be washed by hand for maximum product life.

This is an excellent blender. It's got plenty of power and the variable speed dial is the best part because you can "slow-start" your job so that it doesn't splash even with the top open. We got the extra container which is way cheaper to buy upfront than as a replacement.

I love these blenders! I own an ice cream shop and we make shakes, malts, smoothies and frozen lemonades in these blenders. We use the crap out of them and I now have one dying and I will be purchasing another in its place! Highly recommend.

Excellent blender at great price! We use this for blended coffee drinks and smoothies and it works great. I really like that the speed is adjusted with a dial so you can gradually increase/decrease. The extra container is also nice so the next drink can be prepped while blending or rinsing the other container.

While the base motor part of this blender is very powerful the tritan container lids leave a lot to be desired. We have been testing our frappe and smoothie recipes at home prior to opening our store front and both lids have completely fallen apart. Like the entire top section has separated off. These have only been very lightly used since we purchased. Looks like we will need to find something else for the store front as these will not last long.
