For finer cuts, the 1/32" slicing plate offers the same style of cut but in a much slimmer 1/32" profile that's great for making very thin, garnish-style cuts to accent entrees or dress up your plates.

This kit also contains 2 julienne plates to make longer "stick" style cuts. The 5/32" julienne plate is great for thicker items like hash browns and bell peppers, while the 5/64" julienne plate can handle finer cuts like cabbage for coleslaw, or carrots to top off a salad.
