Acopa 5 Gallon Hammered Glass Hands-Free Beverage Dispenser

Hey Guys and Gals!!! First of, let me tell you about the shipping. I live in Canada and thought that I’d have to wait long but nope it was super fast! I did however pay a decent amount for shipping...it came in one piece, no broken glasses and they wrapped it very well!! I’m super happy!! Now onto the dispenser; I LOVE IT! I wanted to test it out first before reviewing and I can tell you I’m very impressed. The glass is hard/strong/thick and definitely durable! I usually don’t review stuffs I purchased online but I had to do it for this one. It is huge and I’ve used for kombucha, water kefir, filtered water and juices. It has not let me down. I love the exterior design and I’m definitely getting the stand next. I give two thumbs up to WebstaurantStore and two thumbs up to the manufacturer! Purchased two of these containers with stands. They look great! But there is one problem. I ordered two and one came cracked. Called customer support and they shipped one right out. It came in a million pieces! Called customer support and they shipped out another one overnight. It came cracked! I'm now on my forth try to get one in one piece. I think they really need to get the warehouse to take a long hard look at how these are packaged and shipped. Jeff S State College Pa.

Purchased 4 of these for a wedding. They look much better than the large plastic dispensers. Glass is thicker than other dispensers I have looked at. Price is great for a 5 gallon. I upgraded the plastic dispensers with rose gold levers and they really sparkled! Packaged and shipped well. These are a must for larger events. You wont be disappointed.

I Bought 3 of These and they are Beautiful; HOWEVER, THEY BROKE INTO PIECES WHILE CARRYING THEM RESULTING IN INJURED EMPLOYEES. One of them leaked terribly as the seal was bad. DO not recommend!

Beautiful decorative beverage dispenser. We use these all the time, big and small events. It's great for tea, add fresh fruit for a unique concoctions or simply lemon water. They really dress up a beverage table/ station and everyone compliments them. One of these have leaked a small amount at a past event but now I tighten the spouts well before use each time. Havent had anymore issues! They are made of thick heavy glass too.

this dispensor is a very beautiful container - huge capacity - very attractive pattern on the glass and lid - makes a very nice display for any beverage.

We purchased this to use for our cold brew, I was hesitant to purchase such a large glass item online by it was packaged great and came in in one peice. This was also a great price and we received it quickly. The lid fits nicely and the mesh bag I purchased also fits perfectly for our cold brew.

I ordered this dispenser for use at home to store distilled water. I was worried about thin glass,poor packing,breakage during shipment. I actually asked the FEDEX guy to wait while I shook the big box listening to broken glass! No problems whatsoever. Packing was perfect. No damages. The spigot comes separate as I expected. Very easy to attach it. With 2 silicon(?) washers,one in, one out, finger tightening is sufficient. There was no dripping. The glass cover fits perfectly. We put it at the edge of the counter so that we can fill 2 liter jugs easily. The streaming of water is not much. Just be patient! Overall, I believe it is a good buy.

I purchased two of these. The first one broke the first time we used it. The second one broke the second time we used it and it was full of lemonade - so NOT happy with this product.

Perfect! It’s just the right size for my needs and looks amazing in my kitchen! Sturdy, not too heavy, but not too fragile either. Easily moved when full. Love it!

We have 4 of these that we use approximately once a month for catering events. Although they are beautiful, they leak so bad. We have tightened the spouts repeatedly and went as far as adding Teflon tape to try to help seal them at our last event. It helped on 2 of them. It is truly disappointing as I would love for them to not leak because I wanted them so bad, and they look so pretty. I was well past my warranty period before I used them for the first time, so I never contacted customer service for a resolution, my fault for not testing them immediately. One star for an expensive product that leaks. Five stars for the appearance, except for the puddle left under them.

This is a pretty beverage contain that serves about 71 (9 ounce) cups. I love them. They come with a stand that keeps it off the table. Need to order a drip pan for the small drips out of the dispenser. These dispenser are very fragile and break easily please be careful.

A great very good looking for buffet events drinks dispenser , sturdy , heavy duty and looks fabulous . The stand is sturdy and ornate , customers liked the look

I purchased three of these dispensers for an upcoming event - they are better than expected. All were shipped well with plenty of packaging to protect the product. Very happy with this purchase, may be purchasing more in the future.

It’s unique look is very eye-catching! I love the fact even though my customers can see what’s in it, they can just simply read what’s in it on the chalkboard! The metal stand is unique and sturdy with its old fashioned look!

These dispensers are perfect for lemonade and water during the summer and with all the barn weddings happening present a cute country charm to our beverage tables.

This dispenser looks great but the glass is not as thick as it looks and is very fragile. The dispenser did not fit the stand from day 1 so it always sat crooked. After about a month of use in my restaurant the glass broke and spilled about 4 gallons of water all over the floor. Of course there is no warranty and Webstaurant doesn't stand behind it. So....if you buy this then be prepared to by more than one glass dispenser as it will break.
