These in essence look very good and the price is awesome. However, we needed to put small plates under the jugs so they wouldn't leak (manufacturer error maybe?) and one leaks really bad. This was unfortunate because we just received them and leaking problems the first time we used them.. I would not recommend these if you will use them all of the time, but they would be great for an every now and then use.

I believe these were purchased on clearance they do leak but I like the fact that they are a smaller size so you do not have to make a lot of whatever you’re trying to put in it compared to the larger ones. You have to make sure you keep the seal tight or it drips

These jugs are nice looking but not very water tight. I had to order a few replacements because some of the spigots leak. Unfortunately it was at the first catering event that we used them that we found out how much they can leak and it made for a very messy buffet!

These leak. Not a huge fan, I probably should return them. And really for a coffee shop we should have considered getting ones double in size. A little fragile feeling for commercial use as well.

I've had these for over 5 years now. No leaking and easy cleanup . I've loaned them out repeatedly and have never had an issue. Love the fact that when hosting an event, I can have 2 types of beverages without taking up space.

Great product for your money I love the double gallon dispensers and will be more most definitely in the very near future would recommend it to anyone looking for a great product that's what's keeps me coming back ordering more

I ordered these for 40+ of our retail stores and more than 50% of them arrived cracked, broken or leaking when used. The items need to be packaged more carefully or made better. I have spent more time on the phone reordering these than I would like to admit to.

Ordered these to use as a self serve for ice tea, ice water, infused water and such. They work just as expected, just make sure you tighten the nuts on the inside before filling with liquid.

I ordered three of this and each of them leaked from the dispenser . Wash one also had small cracks in glass . Nice product to bad it didn't live up to its name

I ordered two of these and both leaked at the spigot on the first use. The black part on one of spigots was damaged also.

Great Product. Inexpensive. Over the years, I have used this everyday. Often two at a time. They never leaked. On the first set, the tops broke because I dropped the top. Since I have not dropped a top. It's glass, it will break. However, slowly, the jars cracked only when being filled with Iced Tea. On the last one, yesterday, the tea had been sitting about 45 minutes and the jar was not cold. If you pour hot stuff into a cold jar it will crack instantly. I thought I had cured myself of that, but the last faint crack, echoed across the Kitchen yesterday. That was that. 1. The lids are very fragile. They don't fit well. One was broken on delivery and one broke as it didn't fit well and just fell off. We have had to add a rubber seal around the top of the dispenser to make sure the lids don't fall off. We love the dispensers and the stands, but the lids are an issue. We purchased two dispensers. Neither lasted over a couple months of use. The dispenser began leaking from the base. Also the glass lid is not secure on the container. It just rests there. It would be helpful if it had a rubber type seal so it would stay in place. They have a pretty design, just defective as they both had leaking issues and no visible crack in the glass.

These are so cute in person. They work great! It's small because it's only 1 gallon but since there are 2, we could have 2 flavors of drink. Win win in my opinion.

I wasn't able to use this beverage dispenser. The spout leaked too much to put out on our counter. It was the size and style I wanted so I was very disappointed.

I purchased these beverage dispensers for my daughters Bridal Shower last fall and they worked great. That was the only time I used these until just recently, as I was hosting a Christmas party, One of the dispensers was leaking and I realized that the gasket around the dispenser had a hole/ cut in it! Hard to see in the picture and it took me a while to find it when I was trying to determine why this was leaking. These were hand washed and again only used 1 time, so very disappointing. Its literally just the rubber seal so definitely not worth the cost to purchase a whole replacement spout :-( The 2nd unit has only been used twice, but seems to be in good condition, although I can't use the metal stand as it looks goofy since made for 2 units. Love the one that I can use, but disappointed.

Awesome beverage dispenser worked great for daughter’s birthday party

Works great, I use this for making large amounts of home made lemonade or orange juice in the summer months. Assembly and Cleanup are easy, as long as replacement parts for the seal or the spigot continue to be available this will have a long service life.

This beautiful glass dispenser is my favorite i use it on a daily for my cucumber and lemon water and great price go buy one !
