The round column design is constructed with heavy-duty concrete that's reinforced with full steel rebar caging, making this receptacle as practical as it is visually appealing. This heavy product is great for withstanding the outdoor elements and it can be anchored using 3/8" threaded inserts on the bottom. A compatible retainer ring and security cable are included with this unit.

Secured to the outside of the receptacle is a silk-screened logo that indicates "No Smoking," helping you establish smoke-free areas around your establishment. The opening of the receptacle holds sand for safely extinguishing cigarettes and collecting the debris, and a brass drain screen prevents rainwater from pooling. Included with the receptacle is 10 lb. bag of black sand that provides an ample supply to start with and for refilling.
