The dual-function design provides a large compartment with a 9 gallon plastic liner for collecting trash, as well as a smaller compartment on the outside for extinguishing cigarettes. Constructed with heavy-duty concrete that's reinforced with full steel rebar caging, this receptacle is reliably strong and durable. The heavy weight combined with the included threaded inserts for anchoring allows it to securely stay in place and withstand the outdoor elements.

The receptacle includes a plastic lid that fits over the plastic liner and concrete receptacle, offering a secure enclosure that helps prevents waste from being swept away by wind. The design of the 4-way pitch-in lid conveniently allows for disposing of waste into the receptacle from any direction. Included with the receptacle is a brass drain screen to prevent rainwater from pooling in the cigarette compartment and a 10 lb. bag of black sand that provides an ample supply to start with and for refilling.
