Waring CTS1000 Commercial Conveyor Toaster - 120V

This is only based on my experience with this unit. the first unit worked 5 hours. The second unit worked 4 hours and the third unit worked 2 min. They all had the same problem. The conveyor catches on a rivet holding the crumb tray slide on the right side. The third unit burned toast on the #1 setting. Webstaurant was great and I did not have any issues with the return process and ultimately refund. My personal opinion is Waring builds a very good product but I must have gotten 3 from the same bad production run. I would not say to beware of Waring, only that you may have an issue with this model until the problem is resolved. Note: The 1 star rating is only on my experience with this particular model not an overall rating of Waring or their products.

Great toaster. We are a high volume restaurant and it keeps up with the demand just fine. Only issue we have is we wish the slide was just a little taller to accomodate more bread instead of waiting to put the next order of it in.

Great conveyor toaster. The numerous heat settings allows us to use this toaster for both toasts and tortillas. It's easy to clean and doesn't take up much room in our small kitchen.

This toaster takes a few minutes to warm up and actually get a toast on the bread. We have also had an issue with it over heating if you have it running for awhile.

We are a high volume hotel that includes a free hot continental breakfast. What a great investment . Our clients have noticed and we have received positive feedback from them.

This is our second time purchasing this product. The motor died on our first one just after the one year warranty. Luckily we purchased the extended warranty and were able to replace it. The toggle switch on the second one broke this morning after just over 4 months of use, and we are no longer able to turn the unit on or off. Pros: - I like being able to access the conveyor system so we can clean the grates. - The opening is large enough to accommodate halved bagels and croissants without the bread touching the elements and burning. Cons: - I would expect a longer life span for a piece of equipment this expensive. - Bread often gets stuck on the conveyor and will catch fire, which causes soot and smoke.
