Perfect for frying, sauteing, or searing, this 3-ply 7" stainless steel non-stick fry pan features Vollrath's unique and ergonomically designed stay-cool silicone handle that offers a cooler, more comfortable grip and features a patent-pending no-slip grip. Its silicone coating is safe up to 450 degrees Fahrenheit for added comfort and safety during continuous use, and it can withstand temperatures up to 600 degrees Fahrenheit intermittently. The handle is secured with the EverTite riveting system, which ensures a very rigid connection between handle and vessel, guaranteeing longevity even in a commercial kitchen.

Vollrath is a great company and and so are their non-stick pans. We have used our new almost every day since receiving it and it's just like our older model: heats well, sears well, clean-up is a breeze. It's a substantial pan that will outlive and out-work cheaper brands. USA made, too!

This is a new design from the previous design. This is the best non-stick pans I have used. Be sure to just wipe clean. Don't clean in the dishwasher, don't clean with abrasives and these will last for years in my experience. Retains heat very well. Can be used on induction burners. Handle stays cool and can be placed in an oven.
