I can't say enough about the Wear-Ever pans, and this 10" is the perfect size. Heavy. Big. My breakfast cook loves these pans. They are overlarge to fit on our 12" standard burners, but we make do. They easily fit 2-3 quarts of liquid egg each, and they retain heat well enough for the eggs to carry over if we shut the pans off when 3/4 cooked. The non-stick coating has proven very durable. Where they have scratched due to using metal instruments, there are of course minor imperfections. However, the coating does not peel off or flake like most non-stick coatings. We plan to order more! It is worth noting that the handle does slide off easily.
