As another reviewer had mentioned, it doesn't quite heat all the way to edges, but even with my smaller stove, that cooler area of the pan can be seen as a plus. That way, I can move my slower cooking items to the side, while getting more heat to the slower cooking items that were moved to the center.

I bought this product a year or so ago and it is great so long as you have a gas range big enough to reach all corners as its pretty wide in diameter. I would definitely buy again if needed but since i only use it for home use I don't see that happening for a while, or until the Teflon coat starts to wear. For extended life of the pan, don't put in the dishwasher, just use a damp paper towel or rage to wipe away any grease.

The Vollrath Tribute 12” CeramiGuard II Non-Stick Griddle with Silicone-Coated Handle is well made and sturdy. It heats evenly and is very durable and long lasting. You can’t go wrong with this item.

So far it works. A bit pricey. My mother goes through these twice a year which she buys from other store. The pan bends and get out of shape. I will have to get her one of this. It's heavy duty

six of these for my food truck based marketing promo tour. After trying some cheap ones which did not work on my 3 Vollrath 5000 watts induction stove tops, these were a godsend and perfect match for the equipment. They were also delivered quickly.

This griddle is for home use. I use it a couple times a week to make grilled cheese sandwiches and I love it. It does not warp. Heats evenly.

Love this griddle! 12" gives plenty of room to cook 4 pancakes or grilled sandwiches at once. Perfectly flat bottom, heavy weight and absolute nonstick surface. Totally worth the money. I use it everyday for pancakes at breakfast to searing scallops for dinner.

This is a great non stick square pan. It's awesome because you can make four pancakes at a time or four sandwiches. The handle doesn't heat up either!

Easy to use and have many purpose. i made tam ago out of this (japanese fried egg with soy sauce and sugar) its multi purpose and good with the durability. i can make many dish with this pan. awesome

I use this at home on my induction stove. It is so much sturdier than any griddle you can find in any store. This would also work really well in any commercial setting too, as its durability could withstand the sometimes violent atmosphere of the kitchen

If you are looking for a quality griddle then look no more: this is the one! I had EmerilWare and Calphalon griddle before, but both of them failed within 1 year of use. Vollrath on the other hand is a different thing on its own: it is made from clad steel compared to the weak aluminum that most of the other griddles are. This griddle is so good that I am considering getting another one. This Vollrath griddle does not warp and stays flat all the time.

Heats up fast and evenly. Works very well with Vollrath 59500 countertop induction cooker. Very versatile we use it for everything from pancakes to cooking tortillas.
