This unit takes cooked food from chilled to safe temperatures above 165 degrees Fahrenheit in under 120 minutes. When covered and stirred regularly, food can be maintained above 150 degrees Fahrenheit. Each of the three wells can accommodate (1) 1/3 size pan or (2) 1/6 size pans up to 6" deep (sold separately) for optimal versatility.

This unit's wells are independently controlled, so you can rethermalize chilled food in one well while holding hot food in the others. Thermostatic dials are mounted on the front for easy access and feature 10 temperature settings, allowing for precise adjustments from 104-212 degrees Fahrenheit. Plus, each well's thermostat heats only as needed, saving you time and energy.

For effortless cleaning and superior durability, the wells and exterior are made with stainless steel. Non-skid feet prevent the unit from sliding on countertops, while its compact design saves valuable space! Each well includes an add-water indicator to help eliminate guesswork and prevent accidental over- or under-watering.
