If you have a home induction unit this pan is outstanding. The deep sides keep product from going onto your induction top. the silicone coating makes it easy for cleanup. Personally I make sure that my pan has cooled down before I wash it so as not to warp the metal but that’s a personal step not required. Remember not to wash silicone pans in the dishwasher as that can damage the silicone.I personally use a drop of canola oil or regular olive oil not extra-virgin as induction heats up so quickly you do not want burn the product you put in it. Do not use retail sprays as that will build up and diminish what silicone coating is intended for. Were my comments of help?
