Vollrath 5960820 Details
The Vollrath Mirage® 5950145 drop in induction warmer is designed for light duty, making it ideal for warming stations, buffet tables, or even cruise ships. A remote dial control allows for easy temperature adjustment while a digital display clearly shows the temperature of your warmer. It includes a 180 minute timer, empty pan cut off, overheat protection, and vent fans to help conserve heat and extend the life of the warmer. Accommodates pans up to 10 1/4" bottom diameter.
Induction uses magnetic fields to warm food rather than open flames and red hot elements, reducing the chance of burns and other injuries. Plus, since this technology warms the food in your vessels but not the surrounding air, there is less wasted energy so that you can keep food hot more efficiently.
This induction unit comes with the 5960820 black ceramic template. This template features a smooth design to complement the color of your countertops and make a great impression on your customers.
