This dicing blade assembly features a pop-in, pop-out design to quickly swap out with the one that came with your dicer so you can minimize downtime and get your prep operation back up to speed. When paired with the appropriate push block (sold separately), you can also use this blade assembly to change the cut style of any InstaCut 5.1 manual food processing unit.
