Vollrath 47715 9/32" French Fry Cutter

This fry cutter is the only one you'll ever need in your restaurant! It is a total beast! We had the rubber covering on the handle fail, but that's life. As long as you grease the vertical slides once in a while, you'll never have a problem with this tool. I wholeheartedly recommend it. We press 1000 pounds of fries a week; sometimes twice that during the summer. It's still just as good as when we bought it.

Super solid construction. It slides strong. The bottom support plate won't budge or bend during use. The handle is comfortable to grip while slicing potatoes. I'll feel confident in buying other shaped blades if the need arises.

This French fry cutter is perfect for making LARGE batches of fries. However it is a pain to clean. Skins get caught in the grate and the push bar. I have to use a pick to get into all the small cracks to clean it properly. The 2 bolts holding the blade must be removed to clean as well. If you don’t, you’ll be leaving behind a lot of stuff you’ll regret later on.

This cutter is very sturdy and reasonably priced. We purchased a different item last year and was not nearly as nice as this product. We love the long handle which makes it easier to cut larger potatoes.

We use this French Fry cutter in our home. It is easy to clean, though I have to recommend NOT putting the blade in the dishwasher, but wash by hand and air dry. Nice, uniform fries in no time.

The leverage that this wedge cutter offers is important for someone who cannot apply the force that some of the other models require. This machine is well built and easy to clean.

Very sturdy and built well. The handle is easy to maintain and the product itself is easy to clean and easy to store. Dont need to keep more than one on hand since they are well made and are built to last.

Nice cutter, extremely well built. Not the easiest thing to clean but it cuts fries pretty easy. I recommend this for the money if a fresh cut fry is what you want.

Nice and sturdy, firm to the hand at all times, cuts evenly use after use, no problem, very versatile when you get addittional blades. Great for small to medium restaurants.

This is the only choice when it comes to house made fries. My guys break stuff! It gets used over and over, 200lbs of spuds a day, and this beast keeps going. Get the wall mount plate so you can get down on it! When you can do a case in under 2:13, come see me.

Very sturdy I got it very fast and on time I think fresh cut fries are the way to go I would also recommend enjoy

This was bought for home use, with teens, FF are a natural part of fun, this makes fresh cut fries, well worth the price... try it

We have mounted one of these units to the wall of our prep kitchen. They are easy to use and cut fresh french fries daily.

I love this wedge cutter! Takes the guess work out of cutting a perfect wedge. I use it for large party's and concessions. It cuts my prep time in half.
