We have loved this straw dispenser. The only complaint we have is that the straws occasionally stick/get stuck. But that doesn’t happen all the time. Overall great for what we need it for!

These straw dispensers are amazing, our old one by the same company lasted more than 10years. They are amazing quality and definitely recommend them. They look very nice as well and are built very well.

We have used this product for a few years now. Works well for the price. The metal piece inside the machine that you can see from the outside will rust eventually, which has made us have to buy a new one at least one a year. We do have a label on ours as guests seem to have trouble figuring out how to use it.

Disappointed in the functionality of this straw dispenser. The straws do not come out easily, they get stuck in the mechanism and we end up removing the top cover and grabbing a straw that way. First we tried a compostable straw, and it didn't work so we tried "Choice 7 3/4" Jumbo Clear Unwrapped Straw" instead, and it still did not work properly. It's too late to return it so I guess we are stuck with using it as a paperweight.<br><br><b>Updated: The rep at Vollrath had me press on the mechanism on the inside where it hinges together. I heard a "click" and tried using it again - and no more straw jams!</b>

Easy dispenser to use and clean. Better to have them come out one at a time instead of everyone being able to grab them all at the same time spreading germs.

This straw dispenser works, but you have to make sure that you put the straws in perfectly straight. If any straws are slightly curved at the bottom, then they get jammed. Other than that, it works decently well and looks nice.

Worth every single penny - even for home use! Here's why: I don't run a restaurant, but we use a lot of straws at our house. Kids, sick bed, neck injury, entertaining, smoothies, etc. I used to keep the straws in an open box on the pantry shelf. Convenient, but hardly sanitary. So I purchased an upright glass dispenser. It was more sanitary, looked nice, and it saved on counter space. Unfortunately, it was a pain to use. It was clumsy and tippy, and required both hands. Kids couldn't operate it at all from the countertop. It didn't hold a lot of straws, either. So then came the acrylic dispenser with the turn knobs. Love this. Wish I would've ordered it sooner. I use wrapped straws in it and at first I didn't think they were going to fit, but they do just a little tight, which I prefer because then they aren't falling out of it constantly.

I really like these vollrath straw dispenser. I use a naked straw and this holder works perfect for them. It never get jammed up at all.

These star dispensers look very nice and hold a lot of straws. We bought two of these for the ones provided by our soda supplier kept falling apart. These ones being stainless steel are easy to clean and very durable.
