The VITO XM cleans your oil in an easy and hygienic way. It vacuums the oil out of your fryer, cleans it from particles, and stores it inside its 137 lb. tank. Like every VITO oil filter system, the VITO XM provides a microfiltration of the oil up to 5 micron. As an additional feature, no chemicals are needed to clean the oil, which preserves the optimal taste of the fried dishes. The unique design makes sure the VITO can handle temperatures up to 392 degrees Fahrenheit / 200 degrees Celsius and provides highest safety at work by avoiding direct contact with the hot oil.

Insert a filter paper, plug VITO XM oil filter system in, and start vacuuming out the oil beginning from the oil surface. Scrub and rinse your fryer as needed and pump back the filtered oil once the fryer is clean. After filtration the oil can be safely transported on flat floors. The oil can then either be pumped back into the deep fryer or simply disposed.
The VITO oil filter uses cellulose filters. No additives are needed to achieve an effective filtration efficiency of 5 micron. Different filter mediums are available to accommodate your operation.
