Step 1
Drain the oil when the fryer cools down. Fill the fryer with water to the "Max" mark. Add 1 tab for 33 lb. / 15 liters, and 2 tabs for larger fryers.
Step 2
Heat the fryer to 175 degrees Fahrenheit / 80 degrees Celsius and boil for 15-20 minutes. Boil for longer if more cleaning is necessary. Scrub burnt-in carbon and grease with heat-resistant brush.
Step 3
Drain the solution and dispose it with a suitable container. Wipe off any remaining sediment with a sponge. Rinse the fryer several times with water.

VITO Tabs - Fryer boil-out. Only 3 steps for a clean deep fryer. Caution! Please wear safety glasses and gloves!
1. Drain the oil
2. Fill the fryer with water
3. Put the frying basket inside the fryer
4. Put the tab into the water
5. Heat up the deep fryer between 176-max. 194 degrees Fahrenheit
6. Remove burnt-in grease with a scrub brush
7. Let the solution boil for 15-20 minutes
8. Drain the solution
9. Remove the remaining sediments with a sponge
10. Rinse the fryer several times with water
11. Drain the water again. The deep fryer is now clean and ready to use.
