I'm here today to talk to you about the Cleveland Tilt Skillet, our mini tilt skillet, model SET 10. This is a 10-gallon working capacity tilting skillet. It holds 12 gallons to the rim, but the working capacity is 10 gallons.

The advantage of the skillet is its versatility, and you could use this as a griddle. You have a very even temperature surface on the bottom, like a griddle, goes up to 425 degrees. You could use it as a steamer, pour water in the bottom. Use our steamer insert accessories and close the lid, and then you have a boiler with steamer.

You can also use it as a stockpot. So for soups, sauces, for chilies, taco meat, anything you can do in a kettle or a stockpot, you can do a tilt skillet. You can also use it for pan frying. You want a pan-fried chicken, things like that.

You can use it as a pan fryer. Now, with our new easy dial controls, this comes with an optional cooking probe. So now you can use the cooking probe with easy dial. And you could use this as a fryer. You can set your oil temperature for 350.

It'll hold a 35-pound chub of oil. And we have two fry baskets, accessories that'll hold a pound and a half of fries. And now this will operate just like a deep fryer will. They also come with the spring of this cover in the vent. They are tilting. It has a built-in safety lock, so you lift the lockup and now you can tilt it.

The easy dial timer, you can set your time. You can also set your temperature. And again, you can also use the probe option. And we even have built-in diagnostics along with meeting IPX6 water rating requirements as well. The additional equipment stain has a sliding drain drawer, and we have a drain in the back, and you can actually hard pipe that to a floor drain.

And that is your Cleveland advantage. Talk to you about the Cleveland electric self-contained steam jacketed kettle model KDT 12. So this is a 12-gallon working capacity. Steam jacketed kettle. And the way a steam jacketed kettle works, you have an inner jacket in here. And then you have the outer jacket.

Steam is going to fill in between those two jackets. The Cleveland Kettle is rated at 50 PSI, which means the corresponding temperature is 298 degrees. However, when you're cooking, we operate at about 25 to 30 PSI, which gives you a maximum 265 to 270 degree internal surface temperature. The big advantage of the steam jacket and kettle is it's almost impossible to burn or scorch anything. You're using a nice gentle steam heat that you can control the temperature from a low simmer up to a rapid boil.

So for soup sauces, you can hold things all day without overcooking, without scorching or burning it. It makes clean up super easy and you don't waste any food. Cleveland offers a simple control standard. It's a one through 10 dial. And this is our easy dial control. So here you can set your temperature.

You can set your cooking time with an optional temperature probe. And that noise you're hearing is the kettle just starting up, and that's completely normal. Optional four temperature grows. And also the Cleveland Kettle meets IPX6 water rating guidelines that protects the kettle against water damage.

We also have a safety lock here, so safely can tilt. They also come with a sliding, this optional stand as a sliding drain door with a splash guard. And as a drain in the back and you can hard pipe that to a floor drain. And that is your Cleveland advantage.
