A 10-degree cooking feature lets you tilt it up to 10 degrees while turned on, allowing you to skim off liquids.

This tilt skillet is easy to operate with a splashproof easyDial control with an digital readout. Its RTD controlling thermostat monitors and regulates temperatures for accurate cooking between 100 and 425 degrees Fahrenheit. It has a 5/8" thick bead-blasted stainless steel cooking surface to prevent warping and keep food from sticking. A 5/8" mild steel clad bottom and a 1/16" stainless steel plate deliver even heat distribution.
