Vestil Manufacturing Co SWA-50 Details
Efficiently wrap palletized loads with this Vestil stretch wrap machine! This machine increases productivity in your shipping department or at the end of a production line. Its semi-automatic design is easy to operate by depressing the foot pedal to power the turntable and manually moving its vertical mast up and down to adjust the film placement. Its powered turntable offers a variable RPM of 3 to 12, while its 1/2 hp variable AC motor allows for an adjustable deck speed. This motor also allows for a soft start and stop. This machine has a capacity of 4,000 lb., and it offers a maximum load diameter of 64".
This unit has a 50" turntable to accommodate large loads, and it is made of durable powder-coated stainless steel for long-lasting use. It works with 10" to 20" high rolls of stretch wrap with a minimum inner diameter core of 3" and a maximum outer diameter of 11". The film wrap tension is easily controlled by an adjustable, friction-brake assembly. It also includes an easy-to-release, hand-operated carriage brake to allow the carriage to move freely, making it quick and easy to apply film. Its counter-balanced mast is easy to install by simply raising it and clamping it in place. This unit requires a 115V electrical connection for operation, and it comes with a 96" foot switch power cord.
