Vestil Manufacturing Co PE-2078 Details
Ensure safe, efficient passage from trailers into your loading dock with this Vestil Edge-O-Dock dock leveler. This unit is designed for permanent installation on docks at least 48" high, and it requires an existing steel dock edge, approach ramp, or approach plate for installation. It features a solid steel construction with non-slip tread for a secure grip, and it has an impressive capacity of 20,000 lb. It comes with (2) 2" x 8" x 18" bumpers and installation instructions for quick and easy setup. It offers a service range of +/- 5" above or below dock level.
This electric unit includes a motor, pump, control box, cylinder, hydraulic lines, and oil for efficient operation. Once backed against a dock, it can be raised by simply pressing the control button. The lip automatically extends when raised and automatically retracts behind the bumper face as the trailer departs. This unit requires a 115V, 1-phase electrical connection for operation. A concrete recess is not required for installation.
