VacPak-It VMC16F Floor Model Chamber Vacuum Sealer with (2) 16" Seal Bars and Oil Pump - 120V, 1180W

Awful product - do not buy. Very limited functionality. The vacuum setting only moves in 5 second increments greatly limiting your ability to vacuum seal based on specific items. Additionally, if you want to just simply seal something you can't because the lowest it will go is 5 seconds. What also stinks is there is no one to speak with about it - no contacts anywhere and Webstaurant says they don't talk about technical services, which is fine, but I have no one to speak with about it. I wish we never bought it.

This device works great! Always seals to perfection and never leaks (unlike other models). Would definitely purchase for other locations!

I have had this unit for 3-4 years and haven't had an issue with it aside from occasionally replacing seal bars. No biggie as they are a consumable and do wear out. We use it daily. Looking at the reviews I may be one of the lucky ones

Bought this product and it started making a huge noise during vacuuming. I can't find anyone that will repair or service it.

I took the bad reviews with a grain of salt and ordered this unit anyways. big mistake. Least reliable product i purchased for my business. Every time I get an error code, the LP (low Power ) code will also come on and short out a part. I have had this happen several times causing me to pay a tech to replace the relay board three times , two main valves, and two control panels, customer assistance is non existent as they will not talk to you or give advise unless you are a technician. the buttons on my panel have not worked since 14 months after purchase. the machine leaves my business in a bind very often. I should have bought the vacmaster brand.

Arrived just today (7/18/2024). Pretty disappointed on the first day. So I spent $ on a replacement to a smaller machine that worked great for 5 years. Day 1 the new machine started sealing only on one side. Increased the seal time per instruction and the same. Increased again and the one side that seals started melting the bag the other side would barely leave a mark and definitely didn't seal. I hope there is an immediate solution or I'm afraid this will be on its way back very soon.

Not as good as the Vac Master. Had to get a new strut right away and had to have someone work on it due to the little lift pistons there is a c clamp that gets sucked up and bent because of the suction.
