With a combination of excellent power and accessible features, you'll find this convenient unit easily fits into any commercial kitchen. It all begins with its expansive rangetop, which totals 256,000 BTU thanks to eight cast open burners set in split-cast, ergonomic iron grates. Comfortably fit various pots and pans on the range to cook multiple recipes at once, which helps to significantly improve efficiency. Operated by large, simple knobs, the range is easy to use.
Beside the range, this range also has two storage cabinets in the base to keep plenty of frequently used items within your grasp. These storage bases will aid in organization and keep your operation running smoothly. Plus, it has a 5" front-plate rail that gives you a cool place to set tools and prevents burns if employees brush against the front of the range. It also comes equipped with a stainless steel backguard, removable shelf, and 6" adjustable stainless steel legs so you have everything you need to set up your cooking line. This unit requires a natural gas connection for operation.
