These mugs are awesome. Our coffee shop always gets compliments on them. I think one of the greatest downfall of this mug is also a plus. If these mugs are cold it will turn the liquid inside cold. But if you warm up the mug with hot water or keep it over your hot espresso machine it will keep the liquid warmer than a normal cup. We’ve had these mugs for a little over a year and not many of them have broken. They’re pretty sturdy cups. If you’re just looking for standard Mug I’d for sure recommend these.
