Very high quality turner. Its one piece of heavy steel which makes it less prone to breakage. Very durable and great price. I do which that it was slanted at the edge so it could easily slide under food. This is great for making burgers. I like that I can press on the burger to get a good sear without the meat going through any slots or opening.
