Perfect for hand sinks, bar sinks, and other plumbing, this deck mounted workboard faucet features a solid brass body that's plated with chrome and a polished, chrome-plated escutcheon for optimum stability and added visual appeal! This faucet has 1/2" NPT male shanks and a tailpiece for an optional 1/4" NPT connection, and it requires holes punched on 4" centers for installation.

Faucet Centers: If your faucet has a base with 2 inlets, measure the distance from the center of one inlet to the center of the other. This number must match the spacing of your building’s water lines (adjustable centers will help with the spacing). If mounting through the backsplash on a sink, the center measurement must also fit within the pre-drilled mounting holes.
Flex Hoses: If your faucet has flex hoses make sure that they will reach your building’s water lines.
Spout length: Make sure that the faucet spout will fit comfortably over your sink bowl and not extend too far / not far enough. If you plan to use a swing spout over a multi-bowl sink, make sure it will reach all of the bowls.

T&S. Cartridge installation and outlet device replacement. Today we'll show you how to quickly and correctly install a new cartridge, and replace an outlet device. To complete these tasks, you'll need the following tools seen here (vandal-resistant aerator tool, Philips screwdriver, adjustable wrench, channel locks).
Cartridge installation. First, let's take a closer look at how to quickly and correctly install a new cartridge. Before we get started, remember to turn off the water supply stops. Remove the index by simply popping it up, followed by the handle, which can be removed using a Phillips screwdriver. Next, loosen the packing nut, which is the top nut, followed by the bonnet nut, which is the lower, larger one. You can use an adjustable wrench for both. Now you can easily remove the existing cartridge and install the new one. When placing the new cartridge into the fitting, be sure to align the splines, which hold the cartridge in the correct position. With the new cartridge in place, replace the bonnet nut, then the packing nut in their original positions. Both of these parts can become potential leak points, if not reinstalled properly. So be sure to check them for tightness after installing. It's also important to note that the more you tighten the packing nut, the more resistance you'll feel when turning the faucet handle. Once the bonnet nut and the packing nut are in place, reinstall the handle in its original position. Then reinstall the index by pressing until it clicks in place.
Outlet device replacement. Let's walk through a few simple steps to replace an outlet device. There are 2 basic types of outlet devices or aerators, standard non vandal-resistant aerators and vandal-resistant aerators. The latter requires a special tool, which comes standard, to remove and attach these parts, while standard aerators can be removed and replaced by hand. To remove a vandal-resistant aerator, insert the vandal-resistant aerator key and line it up inside the slot as shown. To install the new aerator, use the key to tighten in place for non vandal-resistant aerators, simply turn counterclockwise to remove. No key or tool is required.
