This True Spec Series pass-through heated holding cabinet offers superior temperature control, easy maintenance, and low utility costs. The pass-through design makes it perfect for placing between prep areas for dual-access. Load product from one side, and remove it for continued prep or service from the other side.

This cabinet provides stable holding temperatures for baked or cooked food between 140 and 180 degrees Fahrenheit. It comes equipped with a 1500W corrosion-resistant stainless steel heating element for uniform heating and a low-velocity fan for even temperature distribution throughout the cabinet. The manually controlled vent at the top of the cabinet allows for positive humidity control.

The unit includes three heavy-duty chrome-plated wire shelves to help organize your product in an efficient way. For added ease of use, this unit features an exterior on/off switch that controls the heating system, as well as electronic temperature controls and an exterior temperature display.

The low-E double-pane, thermal insulated swinging glass front door provides excellent product visibility, while the solid back door is made of reliable stainless steel. The doors are self-closing with magnetic door gaskets that provides a tight seal to help minimize energy waste. Plus, door locks come standard for extra food safety and security. If you are taking several loads to or from this unit, you can override the self-closing system by opening the doors 120 degrees so that they stay open until you manually close them. Since the front door is glass, it's easy to locate product without letting out hot air.

For added durability, the front and sides of the unit are made of sleek stainless steel. Plus, the aluminum interior with a stainless steel floor and ceiling is easy to clean. This unit's cabinet features foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation for added structural strength and to reduce energy loss. This unit comes with (4) 5" plate casters, two with brakes, for maneuverability during cleaning.

This unit requires a 208-240V electrical connection for operation and includes a 9' power cord.
