12 Pan Top Design

Its refrigerated pan rail comes standard with (12) 1/6 size pans, all 4" deep to house your most frequently used ingredients. This 48" UPT series sandwich / salad prep table from Traulsen holds the food pans at an angle, with a raised insulated stainless steel cover and pivoting front lid, that can be closed to save energy during off-peak hours.
12" Deep Cutting Board
It also boasts an 12" deep, full length nylon cutting board for plenty of prep space, which is also reversible for longer life.
Four Adjustable Shelves
Four adjustable powder-coated wire shelves let you easily organize other ingredients in the refrigerated cabinet.
Stainless Steel Exterior
For maximum durability, this unit features an all stainless steel exterior along with an anodized aluminum interior.
1/4 hp Refrigeration System
A 1/4 hp compressor uses R-450A refrigerant to keep the interior of the cabinet at food safe temperatures. Its front-breathing design allows for zero-clearance installation in tight spaces.
Self-Closing Doors
Both doors feature a self-closing design, but also incorporate a stay open feature at 105 degrees, for easy loading and unloading.
Foamed-in-Place Insulation
This sandwich prep refrigerator has foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation for optimal temperature retention and added structural strength.
4" Casters with Brakes
