PASSION FRUIT ICED TEA

1 oz. Torani Puremade passion fruit syrup
1 cup brewed tea, chilled

Fill a glass with ice. Add Torani syrup and fill with tea. Stir well to mix and serve.

TROPICAL MARINADE FOR FISH

1/2 cup Torani pineapple syrup
1/4 cup Torani Puremade passion fruit syrup
2 tbsp. sherry
2 tbsp. peanut oil
1 tsp. grated ginger root
1 tsp. curry powder
1/2 tsp. ground cardamom

In a small bowl, combine all ingredients. Reserve some of the marinade to drizzle over the fish after it is cooked.
