The control panel on the face of the station is screw mounted to ensure it remains in place, even during use. Ideal for front of the house applications. In addition, the frame is made of brushed aluminum, guaranteeing a professional appearance and long-lasting use.
This kit includes a drop-in 1800W electric induction cooktop and 2 half long cooling plates so chefs can start cooking right away. The cooling plates are deep enough to allow 3" deep cast aluminum bowls to sit flush with the surface for superior cold holding applications.
