The control panel on the face of the station is screw mounted to ensure it remains in place, even during use. Ideal for front of the house applications, the sleek aluminum frame provides a professional appearance.
This kit includes a drop-in electric induction cooktop and 2 half long cooling plates so chefs can start cooking right away. The cooling plates are deep enough to allow 3" deep cast aluminum bowls to sit flush with the surface for superior cold holding applications. Having an induction range top as a part of your cooking equipment allows you to cook food quickly and efficiently. Because there isn't an open flame to worry about, this cook station is a safe option for your busy or crowded event.
