We are so happy with this merchandiser-cooler. The convertible baffle makes it really easy to switch either or both sides of the upper case to refrigerated or unrefrigerated. It holds temp nicely in both the upper and lower compartments. In addition to the digital temp on the rear control, it has conventional thermometers conveniently mounted in each independent storage area, which makes it easy to tell when it is safe to add refrigerated food after changing the configuration. The lower, reach-in compartment is very easy to clean and the magnetic air filter is easy to remove and reattach for cleaning. Thanks to sliding door tracks and vent/baffle crevices, the upper case can be a bit more of a challenge to clean, but I think that's true of any bake case of its kind. This may not be the cheapest unit out there, but it's got to be one of the most flexible and well-designed.
