Designed with swinging rear doors for easy access, this case can be used either in full service or self-service applications. It has an attractive, slanted front glass panel and glass end panels that provide customers with an uninhibited view of your tempting desserts or pastries. Plus, a T-8 top light illuminates the interior of the unit for even greater merchandising potential.
Designed to be installed on a countertop, this case is the perfect size for holding full size bakery display trays. This model comes with 3 metal shelves that can easily be removed for cleaning. Plus, the shelves can be adjusted up and down on 1" centers to accommodate larger items like muffins or smaller confections like cookies or tarts. To operate the interior lights, a 110/120V electrical connection is required.
