This product has been replaced four times in eight months. While each replacement was covered under warranty, the repeated installations have been extremely costly for us. Customer service ultimately offered a refund rather than another replacement, stating that we could purchase a different brand on our own at double the cost. Based on our experience, these units last only about three months under standard restaurant use. I would strongly recommend choosing a different brand.

I have had 2 of these die on us in 5 months. They appeared to have failed (fried) somewhere in the control box. They were the hardwired to 2 independent 20 amp 120 circuits.

Trash. I have been through three of these in six months. Exercise the warranty and get another only to have it fail as well. Tired of switching it out. Going to get another brand and eat the loss
