By using a smaller tank directly at the point-of-use, you not only save water by reducing long pipe runs from a central hot water tank, but also save energy by reducing standby heat loss associated with larger tanks! This glass-lined tank comes with a T&P valve for your convenience. Was bought for a point of use at a small restaurant. States that it can heat up to 125-130 degrees, but only reaches 90 really. Disappointing.
