Came along with the shelves I picked from the online catalog. I guess some people don't check compatibility and leave bad reviews for not doing their due diligence. High quality. I compared to some from a big box store and these are premium in comparison. The material does not mark up the floors like the soft rubber ones do. Installed without tools.

The casters look well built. However, they do not fit the shelves ordered from the same manufacturer. Webstaurant will not process a return for them. They took awhile to get here and are useless and the company will not honor the product. I am quite disappointed.
