Steelton 24" x 24" NSF Chrome 5-Shelf Kit with 72" Posts

Super disappointed there's not an industry standard for these. Now, because I can't use any of the multiple extra sets of heavy duty Regency casters I have, I'm going to have to try to figure out which smaller casters fit these Steelton shelves and pay $ shipping for a second order. (Though I have a feeling the shelves will be swapped out before I do that!)

Arrived with two bent shelves. One was totally unusable. Description said 5" castors but came with 4". castors. I called customer service and the automated system proved difficult. I decided it was easier to live with it than attempt to repackage and return.

Very poor quality control. The unit arrived with 3 of the shelver bent downward quite a bit, although there was no obvious damage to the package. If it wasn't so big and heavy I would have sent it back. I managed to get the shelves somewhat straight, but they are still wavy along the 3' sides. I'm not sure if they will end up sagging after they have some weight on them. I settled for a credit for the damage, but I think it should have been a higher amount since it cost $.

Somewhat confused when the shelving arrived the box because the box indicated that casters were included, but none were in the box. The casters arrived the next day. Unit works well and the casters allow vacuuming behind and underneath. Very easy assembly...great product. product.

I received my 24"x60" shelving and the box looked like it had been opened up and taped back shut. My first thought was that I would probably be missing something. Sure enough, I was missing the metal nipple that connects the top and bottom post together. Now I need to somehow find an odd size nipple.

Adequate shelving. however, the casters are very low quality. The wheels are too small, so if there is any weight on the shelf, they start to bend and buckle. They also get stuck easily on any uneven surface. Because the shelf is so lightweight, it is very wobbly while rolling. I knew this was the budget brand, but the poor quality makes it unusable for my original purpose. If you do not need to store anything heavy and don't need to move it much, this is fine for the price.

The wire shelf is fine - the package seemed to have been opened before and a couple of shelves were bent, but I was able to straighten the shelves to a reasonable degree and all the parts were found in the box to complete assembly.

Dissapointing.... These were bought to replace decade old wire shelving for our walk in cooler. They shipped quickly at a good price. Once we assembled, installed and stocked the shelves we found them to be very flimsy. After 1 week they are already sagging in the middle (both length and depth). Spend a little extra money and get something more sturdy. I can only reccomend for VERY light use.

They are shelves, what more can I say. The epoxy coating is not the most robust I've ever seen, but it is more than adequate.

Exactly what it says it is. One tube slightly bent at opening where you connect but didn’t seem to affect overall assembly which was straightforward and quick.

Good product heavy biult. Worked well for storing heavy can goods

I was glad to locate this hard to find size at such a reasonable price! I needed it to fit in a niche in my new kitchen. It was easy to assemble (and disassemble!) and is sturdy.
